Šta odabrati pri kupovini automobila: automatik, manuelni ili CVT? A tu su i roboti! Automatski mjenjač je skuplji, ali za ovaj novac vozač ima udobnost i nije nervozan u saobraćajnim gužvama. Mehanički mjenjač je jeftiniji, njegova prednost je jednostavnost održavanja i izdržljivost. Što se tiče varijatora, njegova jača strana je ekonomičnost goriva, ali pouzdanost varijatora još nije na nivou. Po pravilu, niko ne govori dobro o robotu. Robot je kompromis između automatske mašine i mehanike, kao i svaki kompromis ima više minusa nego plusa.
